The historic Barre Municipal Auditorium has long been a community hub in the city of Barre. Designed by Ruth Freeman, the first female architect in the state of Vermont, it opened its doors in 1939. It has played a variety of roles since then, hosting trade and farm shows, town fairs, concerts, municipal voting polls and state basketball championships. Lately, though, it has been somewhat of a second classroom for ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù architecture, engineering, and construction management students.

As White and a group of friends began to train for the 2022 Josh Billings RunAground Triathlon, one of his teammates had a great idea that would be serve as the portal to a new chapter in White’s life.
²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù would like to congratulate the NU Bataan competition team on their recent win at this year’s Bataan Memorial Death March Marathon. NU sent two teams to compete in the full marathon (26.2 miles), which took place on March 19, 2023, at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.
