Our goal is to collaborate across the ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù community to bring the stories of this singular university to the world. Our expertise includes brand marketing, communications, creative design and print, social media, publicity, digital and content strategy, copywriting, video, and photography. 

°Õ³ó±ð Marketing & Communications Office (MCO) at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù serves as the central hub for developing and executing the university’s strategic brand, marketing and communication initiatives. Its primary mission is to strengthen the institution's reputation, engage diverse audiences, and effectively convey the university's values, achievements, and opportunities.

Through data-driven strategies and innovative campaigns, the MCO plays a pivotal role in shaping ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù's public image, fostering community engagement, and supporting enrollment and retention goals. Its work amplifies the university’s legacy of leadership, service, and academic excellence, positioning it as a singular institution in higher education.

Request Forms

Once your form is submitted, our team will review it for strategic opportunities, workload availability, and lead time. If for any reason we cannot accept your project or change request, we will provide guidance and discuss alternative options.

We are always open to collaborate on new projects, especially if they align with the MCO priorities to attract high school students, elevate ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù's reputation, or to win the hearts and minds of our alumni community and beyond. Share your idea or general request to our team. All submissions are subject to review and alignment with strategic priorities.

Creative Design Request

For new projects or those requiring extensive updates to previous designs, please submit your creative design request at least 4 weeks in advance. Allow an additional 2 weeks if printing by a vendor is required.

Creative Design Change Request

For projects requiring minimal copy or design changes, please send your request at least 3 weeks in advance. Allow an additional 2 weeks if printing by a vendor is required. 

Social Media Request

Please provide your social media post details at least 1 week before the suggested post date to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to accommodate quick-turn requests, all submissions are reviewed and approved based on capacity and strategic priorities.

Photography Request

Please request photography services at least 2 weeks in advance. For time-sensitive shoots, we’ll consider quick-turn requests as capacity allows.

Website Calendar Request

Please request the publication of your event or activity on the ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù website at least 2 weeks in advance. Time-sensitive requests will be considered based on their relevance and appropriateness for the intended audience.

Website Content Change Request

To report any errors or request content updates to text or images on a ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù webpage, please complete the designated form. This form should also be used for adding or updating content, images, or requesting new components.
